• Contraception (including Nexplanon and IUD insertion/removal): Self-referral

• Menopause: Referral by Primary Care Provider

• Pap Tests: Referral by Primary Care Provider

• Other Sexual Health Concerns: Referral by Primary Care Provider

How To Access:

• Referral by Skipping Stone: Book an intake with Skipping Stone. If you meet referral criteria, you can request a referral to Dr.Shaw at Bowness Medical Centre.

• Referral by Primary Care Provider: If you and your doctor or nurse practitioner feel it would be helpful for you to be referred, ask them to write a letter to Dr.Shaw at Bowness Medical Centre. If you don't have one, you can access one at any walk-in clinic.

• Self-Referral: Call Bowness Medical Centre directly to book an appointment with Dr. Shaw.
